Cancellations & rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations or missed appointments without 48 hours' notice may be charged part or all of the scheduled service amount. A non-refundable deposit will be required to book after two missed appointments.

If we don't receive a confirmation response to our calls or texts, your appointment may be released.

Service satisfaction

Your happiness matters. Please share any concern about a color or haircut with your stylist within 3 days of your original service date and we'll make it right. Concerns reported after 3 days will be booked as a regular service.

Pricing

Prices are starting points and may vary with length, thickness, texture, and the work required. Highlight, color, color melt, ombré, balayage, and painting prices don't include a haircut or blowout. Standalone tone & gloss appointments carry an additional charge. Please ask for a price consultation before services are performed. All prices are subject to change.
