Is LuLu Salon an Aveda salon?
Yes. LuLu is Waxhaw's first and only Aveda salon, using Aveda professional color, care, and styling products.
Where are you located?
528 N Broome St, Waxhaw, NC 28173, in downtown Waxhaw.
What are your hours?
Monday 11 AM–6 PM, Tuesday 9–4, Wednesday 9–5, Thursday 9–4, Friday 9–5, Saturday 9–5. Closed Sunday.
How do I book?

Do you offer free consultations?
Yes. We recommend a consultation for big changes, balayage, keratin, or color that didn't turn out right. Request one here.
How is pricing determined?
Our menu lists starting prices by stylist level. Final price depends on length, thickness, texture, and the work needed. We always confirm before starting.
Do color prices include a haircut or blowout?
No. Highlight, color, color melt, ombré, balayage, and painting prices don't include a haircut or blowout.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged part or all of the service. A non-refundable deposit may be required after two missed appointments.
What if I'm not happy with my color or cut?
Tell your stylist within 3 days of your service and we'll make it right. Concerns reported after 3 days are booked as a regular service.
Do you cut men's and children's hair?
Yes. We're a unisex salon with men's cut & style, plus children's cuts for ages 5 and under.
Do you do keratin treatments?

Do you sell gift cards?
Yes: online, in the salon, or by phone. More about gift cards.
Do you accept walk-ins?
We work by appointment, but call or text. If a chair is open, we'll do our best to fit you in.
